About me

My name is Marija Jevrosimovic. I have founded ArtemInnov Consultancy with a goal of helping entrepreneurs create their business where authenticity, innovation and differentiation are the main principles. My approach is quite unique as it combines practical “know-how” in agile innovation with dreamwork, where one can tap into the creative mind to find the ingredients for the concept that is right for you.

Years of experience in product and innovation management have been distilled into principles that work best for entrepreneurs who have a clear advantage of being flexible and creative. The mission is to link a genuine personal branding to a concept unique to them and their vision.

For who?

My coaching speaks best to expats and Dutch entrepreneurs with adventurous spirit who know that the business does not stand still and needs continual innovation and journeys in order to differentiate and remain ahead of the market. You can be an entrepreneur who is running against a certain limitation to what you can achieve in your business or just feel there is a moment for a more structural change.

What you will be getting from the coaching

I offer individual one-on-one coaching with the goal of making steps towards essential changes from where you can work independently further as soon as possible.

• You will already start seeing results in the first few weeks as the combination of dreamwork with weekly goal setting leads to actions that directly align to your vision.
• You will learn how to embody a business innovation mentality that ensures strong differentiation and authenticity. The biggest gain is moving away from the operational mode of maintaining business as usual and focusing on the bigger themes.
• You don’t have to change all aspects of your business, instead, you will learn how to apply continuous incremental steps, including the ways to present your brand and offering, which helps you stay ahead of others and your audience.
• You will learn how to use lucid dreaming in all aspects of your life, both business and personal. You can work with dreams when defining your vision, performing decisions, for weekly goal setting, even when doing a piece of writing or use this as a guidance when you get a bit stuck. Of all existing self-development techniques dreamwork is the one that propels you into transformations you never thought possible.
• After the program has ended, we have four complimentary sessions within the coming year to see the further progress.

There are no quick steps to success in spite of what some “do-it-yourself” programs tend to make us believe. However, it is possible to tap into our inner intelligence to make strategic leaps in the development of our business. I don’t believe in “one size fits all” as what works for one person or their business will not work for someone else. What I do know is that it is possible to literally dream your vision into reality.
